Contest Rules Follow the White Rabbit
CONTEST’ RULES
The “Follow the White Rabbit” Contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by À la folie! Events™, a sole proprietorship registered in Quebec (the “Sponsor”).
CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest commences on September 4th, 2016 at 10:01 a.m. (EST) and ends on September 5th, 2016 at 06:01:00 p.m. (EST) (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY:
To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Quebec who has reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its advertising agencies and/or promotional partners, and members of their immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, and spouse) together with those with whom such employees are domiciled, are not eligible to enter.
CRITERIA
Find the number of rabbits contained in booth space 810 À la folie! Events at the Let’s Get Married Tradeshow located at Place Bonaventure, 900 de la Gauchetière Street in Montreal.

HOW TO REGISTER AND ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW:
To participate:
- During the Let’s Get Married Tradeshow 2016, find the number of rabbits contained in booth space 810 of À la folie! Events
- Complete the entry form by mentioning the number of rabbits that you found in the booth space 810 of À la folie! Events
- Place the contest coupon
- The winner will be determined by random drawing from among those closest to the right answer.
Entries must be received within the Contest Period. Limit of one Entry per person during the Contest Period. For greater certainty, you can only use one (1) email address to enter, or otherwise participate in the Contest. If it is discovered that you have attempted to submit more than one entry, you will be disqualified. Your Entry will be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) the required information is not fully transmitted and submitted during the Contest Period.
By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound to these Contest rules and regulations (the “Rules”) and to the terms and conditions posted at http://alafolievents.ca/Bonjour/en/2016/09/02/contest-rules-follow-the-white-rabbit-lets-get-married-2016/. All Entries are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize (“Prize”) will be awarded among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The prize consists of a $2000 design package for a wedding décor (“Fever Package”) offered by À la folie! Events. This package includes:
+ 1 free initial meeting (max 1 hour)
+ Your theme and your color arrangements
+ Floral arrangements
+ Creating decorative items and gifts for guests
+ Coordination of premium décor suppliers
+ Suggestions of gifts/souvenirs and stationery
+ Suggestions of entertainments related to the theme of the event
+ Detailed budget for the creative
+ Timeline
+ Setting up of the decor
+ For a wedding of 99 guest or less
In the event that the participant holds a marriage of more than 99 guests, the winner must pay the difference to upgrade the package as follows:

The winner is also responsible for the décor production costs (rentals, flowers, materials, etc …).
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. The Prize is non-transferable, must be taken as offered and cannot be substituted, redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes, except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or component of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if the Prize is not taken. It is understood that the winner assigns all of its rights to images and copyright to the Sponsor and its partners. The price will be awarded and distributed within 60 days of notification of winning unless otherwise stated or setbacks. The price must be fully implemented no later than 31 December 2017.
WINNER SELECTION:
The winner will be determined by random drawing from among those closest to the correct answer on September 6th 2016 at 07:00 p.m. (EST) in Montreal, Quebec.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:
A representative of the Sponsor will notify the potential winner immediately after the decision via telephone. The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent on meeting all requirements. The potential winner will be given 48 hours from the first time/day of attempted notification to respond to the Sponsor via telephone, in order to claim his/her prize. To qualify for the Prize, the potential winner must first sign (and have witnessed) and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and publicity agreement, within 48 hours of notification, confirming compliance with the Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Sponsor and its partners (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the Prize or the Contest. If the potential winner has not responded to the Sponsor within the specified 48 hour period the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected from the remaining entries. If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected, however no alternate winner will be selected later than September 13th, 2016.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
By entering the Contest, entrants and the winner agree that all entry information, including entrant’s name, city/province, image, likeness, and/or statements regarding entrant’s participation in this Contest in any and all media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation as to time or territory, and without additional review, compensation or approval from the entrant or any other party.
GENERAL
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or to be acting in violation of these Rules or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or to be acting in an otherwise disruptive manner. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. The Releasees i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize, ii) except where prohibited by law, disclaim any implied warranty, and iii) are not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use or misuse of the Prize, travel related thereto or from, or entrants participation in the Contest. The Contest will run in accordance with these Rules, subject to amendment by the Sponsor.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected Entry.
If, for any reason whatsoever, any part of the Contest is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and to select a winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken or in some other manner that the Sponsor deems fair and equitable. The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Rules, the selection and announcement of winner, or the distribution of the Prize.
Sponsor will use your personal information for the purposes of conducting the Contest in accordance with applicable laws. Sponsor may also use or disclose your personal information for those other purposes for which you have provided your consent.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a Prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Contest entry form, French version of these Rules, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these French Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
